sr9. polanco gave me some good runs last time we lined up, beat me good off the hole and beat me by 1 car length off a role. I tuned up the car and added Oem cams which give little more power up top, so i think the race would be interesting.

1.6 cams hold the power higher than the 2.0 cams.
To include to this, 1.6 cams suppose to give 10whp more, if i can get them tuned with the cam gears correctly, i should see 205whp.

I did say that i dont like racing the same car over and over again, and i did accept his challenge for 2nd race but no more after. So if i ask for a 2nd race, im the bad guy? 1 more race between me and him, win or lose, i wont call him out again unless he calls me out. So please.... :lilbit:

Lets say Gio for example, Stock engine stock manifold, stock tb, intake header exhaust, sr16cams and tune did 13.8 at 100 mph with a 2.4 60feet. This altima has similar time, with less miles an hour with a 1.9 60 feet with a million Mods done to it and tires. Who is faster and what engine is betteR? Dont think you will be able to compete with rob with a N/A Altima / KA engine. By the time you go All motor, me gio and rob will be 2.3L VVL making 250whp+
KA engines are not good for all motor. Takes too much investment $$$$ just to get it to go fast.

You are going to have to bore it out..... So why is JWT selling a 2.4L stroker kit for the SR20 ?

I had a All motor KA and then later Boosted KA.

Where on that page does it says never seen a dyno, cause i didnt see it. Besides, he has JWT.
Besides, only time you walked me was on stock ecu. After i put jim boy, it was GG for the G35.
So by me saying that, Jim Wolf = Tuned ecu enough to make +++++ HP. So if this Altima has Jim boy, then a dyno isnt going to give much because the jim is already tuned enough.
I made 3 1/2 hp More after tuning the Jim Wolf for a total of 14whp.

honestly from personal experience its takes ALOT MORE $$$ to make a KA faster than a SR, solely because of the aftermarket support the SR has. But the possibilities are endless for both fields.
A KA makes globs of tq that the SR can not make unless it becomes stroked.... the KA can be stroked to be a 2.6L a 2.6L will net you about 35% more power throught the entire powerband + mods.... so if you are comparing power to power the KA is a contender...
Bottom line it comes to personal pref.

Andreas Miko has 2.0 stock VVL engine with Sr16ve cams N1 model, Jim Wolf ECU and other bolt ons and he is making 216whp with a 11.9 a/f throught most of his midrange power. If he adjust the cams, install some springs and rev higher with a tune.... he can easily make 225whp+++++ ON STOCK BORE.
Show me a KA with 200whp N/A with similar MOds then andreas with stock stroke and stock pistons and then you got yourself a debate, if you can provide a KA with similar results, then this arguement of SR vs KA will come to a close. HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE IM ON THE SR SIDE DAMMIT!!!!

Jim Wolf runs conservative and they dont go based on cams and cam gears so if you put cams you just played with timing and the overlap of the timing, so the Jimwolf will not justify a huge power increase unless YOU TUNE!
So Geo made 13.8 @ 100mph using STOCK parts + SR16 cams... but TUNED. He also had a ECU tuned by someone whom i will not say but u know who it was... He's revving higher than that KA btw, so you are not comparing it evenly. In addition to all that Geo at the time had high compression also; so stock is not in the equation here.... Stock parts is..

SR20VE > KA any day of the week when it comes to NA.
I use to say SR20DET > KA-T but after seeing what my good friend has doen with his KA-T I have a difference in opinion. Also there is Angel Cakes who impressed the shit out of me.
I still have love for the SR20DET but it has its hands full with a well set up KA-T.
But the argument about NA ve NA the VE owns hands down. The design is just far superior. Not even worth the argument.

what the hell are you babbling about??? the ka is iron block while the sr is aluminum. the ka has about 3mm larger bore than the sr but like 10 mm longer stroke. uhm so yea, the ka is not just a bored out sr lmaoooo

he revved higher than the ka so its not even??? thats what you do when you have a shorter stroke, YOU REV HIGHER. the KA has .4 more displacement so i guess it can never be compared evenly in your terms. Didnt they just say geo was on a stock bottom end? so that would mean stock pistons, how would he have high compression pistons in there?

The pistons that he had in their didn't even raise comp by half a point so it really didn't do that much, and that TUNED ECU reallydidn't do much when compared to factory ecu's, we saw it first hand.He needs that ecu tuned right or either get a JWT ecu. We have talked about this several times already(me and gio). I guess daddy-r's call out wasn't very successful:(

and what i meant to say was a stroked SR20, ps the KA can rev just as high as a SR, with proper work done to it. There are SR24's.... stick to ur field Yani.... you're out of bounds buddy
lol @ short stroke.... You dont need a short stroke to rev high, its harder and it takes way more money for a long stroke engine to accomplish that yet with proper machining and technology it can be accomplished.... Its been proven cars with (106.4 × 114.3 mm can rev up to 10k RPM's

A ka can rev just as high as an sr? I think not. Stroke will determine which can rev highest at the end. Maybe you build a crazy ka to rev as high as a stock or mildly built sr, but build an sr with all the same things you had to do to that ka and the sr will out rev it all day due to the stroke. Believe me I'm not out of my field, I've owned nissans, toyotas, hondas, vw's, dodges, etc and I know what I speak of, maybe you should stick to making overrated injectors.

750 deatchwork or w/e injectors are stock replacement? I thought hey were an upgrade but they don't flow asmuch as rc 750's so yes, they're overrated.
Who cares if you don't want to rev high, the reason I brought it up is because you said it wasn't fair the sr can rev higher.
When did I say a motor with w/e stoke you said can't rev to 10k? All I said is that with the same money and technology invested the shorter stroke will be able to rev higher.

lol Mad because Honda cant make that power happen? lol there is a nissan in the 6's But they may not go any lower because of physics, turbo chargers are hard to get into super low numbers, Superchargers work better at this but you need GLOBS of Tq, something both cars lack. Honda more than others.

DeatschWerks injectors are rated @ 58psi which is STOCK injector psi.... they can be taken up to 80psi which yield a bit under 1000cc's , RC's are at 43, But you need to get clips, spacers, and a fuel rail inorder to use them.... Guess what you just spend about 1k in fuel upgrades when you could of done a simple $349 upgrade and ur set..... Show's you know your stuff....

Youre a fucking tool. $1000? For injectors? Do you always get ripped off? The rc 750 kit from agp is about 400bucks and its bolt on. About 50 bucks more and its a bigger injector. Ooor you can buy any saturated injectors, use washers for spacers and gm obd1 clips and have it all done for probably under 350 bucks. And have an injector rated at the 43 psi almost every aftermarket company uses. Lotsof people won't realize the difference in flows and be mad when they run out of fuel.

Ok so AGP has it for 400 according to you, now how many fools go to a shop order that, then have them install it, btw No tuning yet.... so add up all the expenses; where a TOTAL rook can remove the 2 bolts take off the injectors replace em and tune.

Rc's can be instaled by anyone that can install yours. The clips are plug and play, they include longer fuel rail bolts so you just use those and the spacers are common sense, seriously now. And you say you still hve to tune the rc's like its a mission but a total tool can tune yours? Are you retarded? Tuning either one will be the same shit.
