Banning usually never works, cause they just come back.
However, if you download the program called "Samspade" and you run their IP address, it'll tell you who the host is and provide you with a contact for the ISP's abuse line and hopefully get their ISP kill their service.
LOL, I can see it now. We admins call the ISP. We report the user and abusive. They ask what kind of abuse. We say, he is posting insulting replies on floridastreetscene.com. What would they do aftwords? nothing.
This comes from the horses mouth. I know someone in the biz and nothing gets done.
In order for them to do anything, the abuse has to be really bad and has to have intent to damage hardware/software ie hacking, ddos etc etc.

just put them on miserable user or global ignore and they will eventually go away on there own and if they are under global ignore and they dont go away then they will just get really pissed that every one is ignoring them or start post whoring or some shit. Imagine if some ones dieing to get into the for sale forum and then all of their for sales are being ignored lmao

I like miserable user better, i would make the forum send them to a hacked up site which loads of spyware and adware, screw their shit up.

We can
A) Hack them
B) Be immature and send them a virus
C) Spam them so they get pop ups
D) Mikeys Favorite " Die "
Why don't we just do the easy thing and you post their email address and we the users of the site each use that email address to sign up for porn and spam updates.

yeah 18+ is something we should implement.
about people coming back.. i think its alright, let them come back and give them a chance to make a better first impression... and if they dont get with the program then fuck it ban them again. its more fun that way!
