Hi everyone! My name is Beth and I live in Jacksonville FL. I got started in the car scene in '99 with a brand new (at the time) Integra LS. If I had had any sense I would have kept that car, but I had to have the latest greatest so I switched it out in Dec. '01 for the new RSX. Since I'm preparing to start nursing school I had to whittle down my finances so I flew the RSX last December (seems like I always switch cars in December!) and got my current car, a '94 Integra. I guess you could say I have a soft spot for the Teggie.

She is currently bone stock, and I'm actually trying to fix her rear bumper since a stupid lady smashed into her and busted her bumper and taillight. I have some 17"s waiting in the wings, and once she is back to her proper stockness I'm gonna throw those on and get my system back in her and slap an Eibach Pro-kit on her and be done. I will probably tint the windows too. The point of my car now is mostly transportation, but I'm gonna have some fun with her since she is PAID IN FULL baby!

Anyways that's probably WAY more than anyone wanted to know about me. Here are some pics of my past and current rides. I guess you could say I'm retired from the scene after all these years, but you can never totally get out of it. =-)

The kit was a genuine JDM Chargespeed EXT-Force. I had it imported at the time through my boyfriend's shop and it came over on a container of engines. You can buy it in the States now, and I believe a company also makes a knock-off version called the "RAVE" kit....damn shame.

The silver rims are 19" Axis Hagens. Worst thing I ever did to that car. NEVER buy 19"s...too much of a hassle! My faves were the white ITR rims you see in the 2nd pic. They were 16"s and very unique and practical =) My RSX was a wheel whore and at one point also had a set of 18" white Giovanna Kobes....minus the dorky center caps.

Hehehe yeah you say that now.....you have to remember, I'm 27 years old and was tired of doing "nothing" with my life. My priority has been paying off as many bills as possible so I can work part-time when I start nursing school in January. With insurance my RSX cost me about $450 a month. That's more than my condo payment. I had to cut out whatever wasn't absolutely necessary, and the X was at the top of the list.

I can honestly say I don't regret it one bit. I love my Teg. And now that she's paid off I can do a few things to her so it's not too bad. I have to say I miss the iVTEC powa though....but my torque-monster gets me around just fine. :cool:

welcome to the forum. Hey for the teg you got a B18C1 or w/e (cant remember the last little thing) you should try out an ebay turbo kit. they cost something like $400.

I have an LS...B18B. No VTEC of course but has that nice lower compression which would be good for a turbo. Unfortunately that's a bit more involved than I'm wanting to get into right now with the car. I'm semi-retired from the scene...gotta get through school first. Maybe after I graduate....

9.2:1 to the gsrs 10:1 is not a big deal with boost, the ls is just cheaper that is all
its not better for boost, the ls is going to handle the same amount before it needs to be built

the gsr will make more power plus vtec n boost = love
better tranny and better flowing head

gsr is the win

shitty first teg, dc5 was ok needed to stay stock new teg ftw
