so i finally popped my cherry!

here's the story from my friend posting it so i'll just paste it here....

well i let her take the Supra down the track.....she has practiced on the street a lot before but i guess she forgot all i taught her. anyways it went like this....

she did a lil burnout sorta then she took like 30 minutes to stage but 30 min later we were staged and green came.....she launched at about 5k and she spun pretty bad and instead of backin off the throttle she just shifted into 2nd and put her at liek 3k rpms and fell outta boost......sooooo finally when the retarded lag went away off she went and did fine 2nd, 3rd, and 4th BUT she put on the brakes before the finish line becuase she "got scared". She said she didnt think she would have enuff room to stop at the end and im like "wtf this isnt a top fuel dragster!" But this was her FIRST time ever down the track in any car and mine is one hell of a car to begin on. But Im proud of her :wink:

So in the end it was a 13.63 at 110 on the brakes with a 2.20 60ft.

yes i did shitty but i knew exactly how i fucked up and even tho it was a really shitty time and trap for that car i'm kinda proud since it was the first time for me to ever run at the track or even ACTUALLY race period and it was in a high performanced car. i had fun and i'm ready to go back and perfect it and not fuck up this time. just had to share
