can i get it with a white outline if i order that?I think you are confused. What you see in black will be any color you select. Click on the link to the left of the ebay page to see the colors I have available.

The decal is NOT black, but it will be the color you choose. White, black, red, yellow - etc etc.

That decal is actually an outline. No need to outline an outline unless you want two separate colors. If that is the case you are looking at an extra cost.
