Wondering if this could be made... cut vinyl, 4"x4", no background, inverted colours (white graphic).

Sorry. Sure it can be done, are the crows necessary? How many do you want/need?

I'd like to keep the crows if it's not too much trouble. Oh, I also realised that 4" wide is too small. I think a 6" wide sticker would be better for it.

Hm. I think I need 4 right now... but of course may make another order if all kicks ass.
