trying to make mega posts sometimes and its a pain in the ass because the max is very very little! please guys im posting all that shit for everyone to enjoy.

The problem with increasing the limit it increases server load - making the forum slower.

Not like one post is going to make the entire forum slower, but collectively it can happen.

Your best bet is to just break stuff up in separate posts.

lmao, just got off a 11 hour shift, but anyone on topic now.

robi is right, another reason it's a bad idea the search funtion has to index all text by post so that as well would take longer for searches to happen as well thus making the forum slower when people are searching which is all the damn time.

Also at night when the search engine spiders come in and do their digging it has a relation to that as well. can't remember the full details as i lost the link to the article when I had to redo my pc, forgot to backup the bookmarks. NOT GOOD, BACK UP YOUR BOOKMARKS!
