i honestly liked it better than the Z. it's probably why i didn't end up with a Z this past weekend cause it made me realize how boring the Z was compared to the s2000 and the pontiac. don't get me wrong, i like Z's and they're nice cars but they're too expensive for what they are... i'd rather go g35 if i want cushy.

Ya I agree about the whole LSD thing. But mind you the ONLY trim without LSD was the base... every other trim has. I obviously want lsd but upgrading to a better than stock one is what eventually im going to do and isnt much of a biggie.

those are all stereotypes... my domestic gets like 18 mpg city and 29 mpg highway with a 5.7 liter 405 hp engine... i think s2k's get about the same or less than that with a 2.0. product quality on my car is great, much better than my nissan.

yani's 5.7L v8 gets the same gas mileage as my 2.0L 4cyl

the gxp is rated at 22/31mpg... my S is rated at 22/26
both are 2.0's... the gm is turbocharged.

so that gas mileage thing... eh eh..

First off the interior of my GTO is by far the best looking and luxorious interior i have ever been in.....The whole interior is black and red leather and the door panels and some dash parts are wrapped in swead(miss spell) its much better than the "special" interior you get in your honda.....Has far as build quality and all junk is concerned its perfect no rattling dash or squeaky seats like most imports...Now when it comes to gas depending how i drive ill see any where from 14-19 mpg but then again im not stock i and i tend to have a heavy ass foot......Now to the person that asked about a crazy swap theres a company out west that buys the regular solstice and sky from the dealer and then put an ls2,ls7 and some modds deppending on how much you wanna spend if i remeber correctly thier called "the mallet" when you do it.....one of them had 450whp in that little crap....

mallete are the popular ones. but 2 other places/people are known for doing the swaps. i'm sure the prices will drop for the swaps in the future. and for the money you're not just getting a swap, you get suspension upgrades, and a bunch of other things AND a 2-3 yr warranty

I actually like the interior of the gto, its a nice car. I went to look at it at the dealer and I liked almost everything about it..

I never really cared for corvettes. And I bought my civic because its what I wanted. The interior is for me, not other people Lol.. I like feeling comfortable inside, I like the look. Anyone can call my shit ugly and people have, but I really dont give a fuck. And I didnt say interior was the only thing I look for. But it is important if its a daily driver. The only way I could give a fuck about the interior is if its a supercar like an f40 for instance. But a daily driver, hell no.

I've driven the Sky witch is basically a Pontiac Solstice. I was clearly impressed It felt as if I was driving a Miata. If any of you ever driven a Miata you know what I'm talking about, personally I think the car has a lot of potential.

haha i guess it's a matter of preference. i don't consider the Z's interior any nicer than the solstice. they're plain. i like my S interior A LOT better. but an interior isn't a reason to stay away from a car (unless it is the DECIDING factor)
