View Full Version : ***Mixing Problem!!!
Soo... I need advice on mixing powder supplements. Just got CytoGainer, to be exact, and I can't seem to mix it thoroughly with the skim milk. It says 4 scoops per 2 cups of milk, but I use 2 scoops because its hard to even mix 2 scoops.
-2 cups of milk in bottle
-2 scoops in
- shake bottle like a crack addict
and it still doesnt mix well... all the clumpy sand-ness :wtc:
Advice for it to mix a LOT better? :ughsmile:
i use 5 onces of milk which is less than a cup and 2 scoops of on whey and just shake it for a minute and we're good to go.

I heard about Whey Protein... heard its good for muscle repair and whatnot. If yours mixes good, which one are you using? the GNC one?

Some times you don't have a blender in hand. Just pour in a portion...shake and add more.

Cytogainer has that quick desolve. When you mix it with milk stir after each scoop.

buy one of those hand blenders. they're like $20 or so, sometimes even less.

buy a bottle shaker..and pure whey protein..like ONWHEY from optimum nutrition..its cheap and you can mix with a spoon

that quick dissolve is a gimmick, not true at all, unless my 2 packs i have bought are coincidently retarded.

All I use is whey protein. I buy it from Sam's Club. It dissolves rather quickly. I use it before and after a workout.

No it's not. It's meant to be mixed with water and or skim milk. Besides if your taking that stuff for a protien supplement it's not recomended. Try Pure Protein the stuff that's in the all gray container is awsome.

lol i just had a problem mixing the shit because the clumps are annoying. Didnt think a blender would work well because its powder, but i guess i was wrong. im not trying to get manlier or HUGE, just trying to get some decent size but i needed help on how the fuck to mix it good. Swallowing clumps has nothing to do with being a man or not, maybe you're good and fine with swallowing those juicy clumps, im not fond of it. :ughsmile:

actually i have cookies and cream right now and i don't like it at all. i prefer vanilla creme. i only take my protein after my workout. specially when i know i'm not eating anything at all after the gym.

yea all 6 of them... lol... I bought it because it seemed pretty cool (even though yani told me it sucked)... so far i haven't had any problems with it, so whatever... the minute it starts to give me problems, i'll return it and get a regular mixer... :D
