Where do you guys go to the gym and how much do you pay?
Preferably looking for something in the north dade south broward area.

Also, if anyone would be willing to work out at the same time that would be cool. I hate benching by myself

i work out down south over here by tamiami airport at powergenics...35 a month, 300 for the year with a free trainer if you want it...if you come down here to work out...i dont mind working out with you man...

Right next to where I live, Im going to start working out there too as soon as my LA fitness membership ends on the 15th of next month. Its a nice gym and I get haircuts there.

The country club by my friends house for free FTW!! The gym is nothing special but we go late in the evening and the whole place is ours to use lol

because to get every machine i need/want would cost me over 5000 bucks probably. i can go to my gym for 27 years before i reach the 5000 dollar mark. and i dont hang out at the gym, if i'm talking its during rest periods but i'm not one of those people that walk around the gym chatting with everyone

good point, plus the gym equipment can be updated and fixed easier then if you owned the stuff and needed to fix or buy new...

yep plus it'd cost a lot of money to have enough plates to do deadlifts and leg presses with. gym's are FTW

LA Fitness in Sunrise
$35 a month with no contract

Weekdays they open at 5am till midnight and the weekends almost just as long with the hours. All new equipment too since they just opened that location 4 months ago.


Trainer $40 per session with either a 6 or 12 month contract (if you want a trainer)

why dont people just Save their money and buy a work out set.

Working out at home for me only lasts so long before I lose the motivation. I need to go out somewhere to work out and really stick with it.
