HAH!!!! YTB travel and Cruise. OMFG how random is this. I would deal with YTB agents when I worked at Carnival Cruise Lines, and WOW ytb agents never knew shit!!!! Never knew any policies, req docs for traveling, stateroom accommodations...

Im a Cruise Travel agent right now @ Interval International. YTB is promising though if your a top agent.
