concidering I was 205 in january what the fuck. I havent weight myself in a couple of weeks because ive been out of the training game because I had a fractured hand so I havent been able to do much more then shaddow boxing but I have kept up with my shaddow boxing and conditioning and I tightened up my diet a little bit because I didnt want to gain weight since I was doing 60% less training. I jump on the scale yesterday and I was at 150 pounds. Im some where under 10% body fat now and 5 pounds under fight weight.
Realistically I can be at 170 and still make weight to fight I was at around 175 when I cut down to 155 the night before my fight in jersey. So now that I cut all that fat out Im thinking about building mass to help me out with grappeling and for protection. I can gain up to 20 pounds right now with out having a problem. I dont do mass building excercises I do a lot of sport specific excercises but in my down time id like to start building all around streghnth,
any of you guys got a good routine for me to follow
