So as some of you know I have Chrohns Diease. Well in the past few months I have lost about 30 lbs which has me weighing in at 100lbs right now...
I need help with finding a good tasting/ non dairy protein shake.
I tried to drink Ensure for a couple weeks but ended up getting even more sick since i'm lactose intolerant.
also, I need help making up some kind of work out routine that wont take too much time or energy and will help me gain some sort of muscle back.
And maybe if any one knows some good recipes...
Please let me know if you can help.
thanks!

Go on bodybuilding.com/forum
Do some research there. They have a women's section that has a lot of go info on workout routines and supplements, etc.

The Isopure proteins shakes are lactose free. You can go into a nutrition store and try the premade ones to see how you like the taste. Just letting you know, the powdered form is not gonna mix up as good.

Research "weight gainer", its suppose to do what the name implies. Actually weight gainer is like saying protein, its not a brand name.
Its a high calorie shake basically, I think it has like 2000 calories per serving. But its also genetics, I had a freind that took this, and he was still skinny as hec, but he didnt have any type of illness other than a problem with his legs.

yea, those weight gainers can only help so much.. i eat like a 600 pound depressed fat girl and gain like 1 pound.. :hsughno: but you have to be careful with those protein shakes. i have a friend who got sick, and then started drinking those and working out regularly to gain strength and she could probably beat up half the guys on fss now lol. when u work out, your muscle tissue breaks down and rebuilds itself and some of those shakes make it rebuild faster/more than normal.. so be sure to factor that in, also.
