Simple... first and foremost... gain control of the ball... just get a ball and dribble it like a maniac... learn how to control the ball!

Then practice practice practice.... it makes perfect so PRACTICE!

Basketball is a sport which involves alot of running, jumping and hand cordination... the more you play it the better you will get.

yea, eureka park. my brother almost got shot there... havent been back since.

i suggest you just learn how to handle the ball in ur driveway or something first, then everything else once u can control the ball without looking down.

no he's not. when i played in high school, we had people on the jv team that NEVER played basketball in their life but you get it down. practice makes perfect. some of those girls went to college with basketball scholarships, too. he'll get it.
