This is my first time messing around with photo shop and wanted to know if this looked good or am i wasting my time.......
did you animate the headlights and rims?
it looks rather intersting but i think you should have done something to the headlights/rims not to drastic on them but a little.
I like it, it's different.

its str8 the rims and headlights should have been animized but its all good. Since its a first attempt. :tu:
Let me crit everything here, don't take it offensive but.
#1 The photoshopping itself could be better, it looks like you applied a filter or two and added your name at the bottom. In FSS words, it looks like a half-assed cell-shade.
#2 The photo itself could have been better, when you applied the filter theres way too much grey at the bottom which can leave a person's eye wondering.
#3 It's a good start, and theres room for plenty of improvement. If you want I can post a tutorial on how to cell-shade the nice way.
