Back in june i decided i needed to change my life in order to really gain back my life.

so i decided to start hitting the gym and eating right

i started at 385 then in june and have been on the path to 215 since

i go to the gym 5-6 days a week and eat about 5-6 meals a day

went from a 3xl shirt and 50 pants down to a 38-40 and a xl shirt

still got some more to go about 55 lbs and should be there by march

heres the pic that made me change

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v297/jrdesigns1985/Picture063.jpg

and heres the progress from month to month

left to right in 2 rows...

Dude, I don't know if you're close to any beaches but honestly What i used to do at night is go to south beach and run from South Pointe all to way to 30th Street on the inclined soft sand and run back of course i did it with boots and a 50lb ruff sack but honestly its the best thing for you....

The soft sand takes the impact away from your joints and its a hard work out because you have to constantly fight gravity cause of the incline...

bro buy a george foreman grill... and go to publix and look at the seasonings.. Mcormick makes these chicken seasonings, like caribean jerk, bbq, original chicken, rottiesseire and stuff... u sprinkle it on the chicken on the foreman and grill for like 7 mins its soooo simple
