I am interested in ju jitsu and I was wondering if anyone practiced under Frank Payne in Kendall? Please keep the responses ju jitsu oriented! No style is better than my .357 in your back. Thanks for any informative inputs.

i wanted to get back into Ju-jitsu. whats the address of the Ju-jitsu trainer?

Ju-jitsu is the art of grapling. its better than wrestling and more effective in everyday world situations. IMHO Ju-jitsu and Judo are the best arts for the everyday world Male or Female.

Jiu Jitsu and Judo are pretty good. I think Krav Maga is more affective overall.
