While LCD's are great, they are sharp and faily compact. They still lack the color gamut of a traditional CRT display. LCD's are catching up though, hopefully soon they will be able to match the colors of a CRT monitor.

If you do not do things that require accurate color, such as graphic design, photography etc., then you don't need a crt. Get the LCD.

The LCD TVs of today, have captured the color of a traditional rear-projection TV, for double the cost of a DLP screen TV. I'm not willing to invest in such of a LCD screen, for my computer.

nice, but 19 is what I have now. I would want something bigger 20+it's a 24 man, read bro, the 24" is kinda hard to miss.

dell 2405 or bust.. the dell 3007 is going to be great but shitty for gaming since the resolution would be all jacked for games nowadays
but for a media center a 30 inch montior would rock

but while the 2405 is around 1100 the 3007 is prob like double plus that
