hey guys, well i have had some mixed experiences with the academic advising staff at FIU and i need to go back again to speak with them regarding taking the CLAST and declaring my major so i can formally be admitted to the school of political science.

id like to know if theres any advisor you guys would recommend to me, preferably a poli. science advisor.

yea meng thanks. FIU advising is a PITA. i usualy ask my dad who used to teach there but in the 10 years since he stopped alot of shit has changed so id rather be up to date. ive heard horror stories of people being advised at FIU to take X class(es) or take Y test(s) and come to find out they didnt need to or vice-versa so i dont wanna get screwed and waste my time/money

i just took care of this exact same thing like a month ago. the advisor who helped me out was Bianny. id go see her if i were you. oh, and dont forget to print out your SASS report before going.

thanks meng. was she knowledgeable or just another dumbfuck who dosent know wtf is going on? im gunna call later today and schedule an appointment.
