i could only run 2ish miles after a 2 month hiatus from the gym. WAT lyfe.
Im gonna do cardio like a marathon runner, fuck this muscle building shit, i wanna get lean cut ripped and quick as FUCK
Discuss, all opinians appreciated.

Nothing but raw fruits and vegetables and juice for 12 hours from when I wake up. Then afterwards I can eat but nothing fried, just baked.:lock::lock::lock::lock::lock:

Thats a rich man diet, lawl, i eat whatever i can but i dont violate the 1500 cal count, i cook myself and i try to eat as much vegs and fruits as possible, say, if i eat at McD's i eat the fish/chicken sandwich and a side salad, same with BK's, Wendy's i eat the Baked Potatos and salads.
I drink nothing but water (1 gallon a day, everyday) and whatever fruits i can get my hands on, usually at my girls house they have a bunch so im always eating there.
Also im trying to drink 1 gallon of milk a week by whetever means, and breakfast is now corn flakes (no sugar) a turkey ham/chicken bologna sandwich, Dole's fruit juice 8 oz glass and im good to go.
OH and im also doing Animal Pack vitamins, once a day, 1 hour before the gym.
I feel great doing so much cardio now, they have this tv's in front of each treadmill at my gym now so i run and run watching tv and it really helps keep you mind off when you watching extreme cagefighting or some other entretaining shit. keep running and running lawl.

i took a fitness test todey

so they got my blood pressure is 95/60
my BMI is 13%
they also did the strength test where you squeeze a grip with a dial on it, i got a 65 on my right hand and 60 on my left hand
and they also did a lung test with a little device that measures the strength of air coming out of you lungs, and i scored a 6000 which the lady said was fucking amazing so, so far so good.

i weight 220 and im not focusing on losing weight, im focusing more on performance results.
im 6'5 thou.
