Getting a class at BCC ???

I currently go to MDC and need to take a class (MAT0020) in BCC because I withdrew twice already from the same class. I went to my advisor yesterday and he told me to go to facts.org and to fill out the "student transient form" and send it out. I did it and got the reply saying that it was accepted but don't know what do I do now ? I went to the campus to see him again but the line was INSANE, atleast a 2 hour wait, so I just left. This is the exact reply I received in my email today.

damn.. you got a long way to go. anyway, if you need to take that class, you shouldve waited in that line... thats what you have to do when its the last few days before the semester starts. try calling if you can't wait... campuses are open until 4:30pm today. & they're also open monday.

but like i said, you definitely shouldve waited. go back, get your number, go sit in ur car or something and check back every half hour or so.

I called but no one picked up. The phone lines in the office are fucked, they are working out of the library. There is no point in making a line to ask ONE question, especially since everything that needs to be done already it. As for the CPT, I suck at math, but I got a B in both my chemistry classes, go figure.

really. you really need to stop being lazy, and take your ass down there and wait in line like everyone else does. otherwise, taking that class must not be that important to you. most of the ppl there only have 1 question, but still go there anyway.

nah, most of the people are signing up for classes NOW, that why there is a big line. I was there yesterday morning to ask about the MAT class, I was the first one there. Anyways I got through MDC they told me 3 people have to approve of the class, I have only been approved by one person. /thread

not true, most people sign up in sep-oct, out of a college that has thousands of students BELIEVE ME this is only a few that procrastinated and now are stuck in the line. including you.

not every class gives you 3 chances. some classes give you two. which is why, if you're going to withdraw, you shouldnt sign up for it to begin with.

I didn't go yesterday to sign up for the class, just to ask how the whole thing works, taking it for the 3rd time and all. He told me if I wanted to take it and I said sure, and today I am here. I took the class 2 times already. First time I had to leave like mid semester to NJ because my pops had a minor heart attack so I don't care. Second time I won't lie and did bad, I let the advisor pick the teacher for me and it was some Haitan guy ( no offense ) but he blew donkey cock. I believe 90% of the class failed. I looked him up on ratemyproffesor the other day and everyone hates em lol

Yea it's important but if I can get my question answered via other means, there is no reason to waste my day in line to ask a 30 sec question. I kept on calling the school and got my question answered. If I would of made the line to talk to the adviser, I would still be there. I dunno, makes sense to me.

Well considering I went with my sister to North Campus with her 4 month old nephew.. the lines was crazy and I belive today is the last day to register since class start Monday..

It was probally the first time in awhile Ive been in a college campus or in the libary waiting.. Damn it felt awakward.. I wanted to skip out on my new and sister and leave... I end up babysitting and getting drooled on while she was signing up
