Decal=Very lucrative

Robi there was a guy making an overlay for the third brake light for the mazda speed3 and regular hatch back. i can take the measurements and post them after lunch. check this thread out and you can see all the ppl waiting to buy them but the guy flaked out...

One thing though, seeing how I do not have a mazda around to prototype on you will have to trim the top edges, I noticed they are rounded.

9 3/8 width 2.1 length is what is has to be...the onther mesurements dont cover the whole light and since the light comes out from the bottom you cant read the mazdaspeed.....I installed it looks great until u break..

width 9 3/8 ( same as the one u sent me) Height 2.1 ( top to bottom) the way i mesured before dosnt cover the whole light housing...that was a stupid mistake on my part...:pat:

What do you mean by 2.1 one though? Two inches point what? ONE? what is the one? a mm a centimeter? Or just a lil bit over 2 inches? I am having a hard understanding that point one.

Hey man, after looking at the dimensions, 2 inches tall is huge. Obviously if I stretch the mazda speed as well, it looks fugly.

Do me a favor, measure from the inner most point of the brake light to the bottom part of the mazdaspeed. How big is that separation? This will let me know how far up I must move the mazda speed in order for it to actually be seen.

In other words the mazda speed must be placed higher in the decal. The rest will just cover the light that goes under teh spoiler.

Please let your friends know I will not mail any decals until this measurement comes in. I do not want to cut a bunch of decals next thing you know the dimensions are all wrong.

Dont strech out the letters just make the bottom of the overaly come out 1 inch longer to wrap around and cover the bottom of the light...Sorry about the confusion..Keep the letters the same just make it 1 inch longer than u have now...the lettering size is perfect and its centerd it just needs 1 more inch to come down the curve and cover the rest of the light.....i hope that helps..
