Thanks for the tip /sarcasm. Here's my diet.
breakfast - oatmeal, eggs(or whey in water/milk), fruit, milk.
snack - tuna/chicken sandwhich or protein bar + carbs
lunch - meat, complex carbs (pasta, wheat bread, potatoes), vegtables
pre workout - oatmeal, fruit + whey
post workout - whey + simple carbs (fruit or/and dex(can be found in gatorade powder))
supper - meat, complex carbs (pasta, wheat bread, potatoes), vegtables
pre bed - casine protein (cottage cheese), healthy fats (peanut butter, peanuts), milk.
Im not in a rush to gain weight. Im trying to get a good clean bulk while keeping my bf% under 15.

08 - 225 x 5 - Max ( havent tried )You need to step up your squats another notch...That's VERY weak for an entire years worth. But other than that, you're doing pretty good. What other workouts do you do? How often are you at the gym?
Hm...My turn for this kind of thread soon...

i would agree. squats are very weak but thats pretty normal among most people. they dont pay much attention to squats for whateevr reason. i guess it doesnt give you those abs.lol. but your body type doesnt look like ur trying to build a squat machine either. nice progress. how in the hell do u keep that diet. thats always my problem. ill eat whateer is cooked, busting a mission for good food is hard.

Like wise, I play football for my highschool & I box on my free-time. I just posted the 4 basic ones I do I didnt get to specific with like military press, lat pull downs, shoulder press, Incline bench press, Decline etc etc. I go to the gym 5 x's a week. I do the 5x5 workout program. I havent really maxed out squat yet but I know I can do alot more. Thanks for the input guys.
