no way... you can do that on a stock sleeved b-series with rods and pistons and a decent valvetrain. shit if i ever built a car again it'd be just that. stock sleeve gsr, rods, pistons, springs retainers and valves, decent manifold, SC61 or 35R (for the bigger side) and an aem, hondaterz, or crome. do 500's on c16 and ride teh fawk out.

that's what'll make it actually fast lol. but the power can be made with a simple setup. people think that it's all about the power. with a fwd honda... it's more about a setup that hooks and that's dialed in. i know many a people who have made well over 600whp and were stuck in the mid to high 10's for a long time.

The few times I've seen the show not one car has impressed me. there have been a couple 9 sec rx7's try out and they dont get picked, but they picked a mildly quick crx.
