Was heading home from work tonight alittle exhausted, as I come down the road I see a mustang getting off the highway and he punches it to speed up to merge with traffic... i figure what the hell.. it said 4.6L V8 on the side and had loud exhaust :run:
as I get next to him I blow off at him.. he looks over and smirks.. big mistake... he rev's his motor at me and the exhaust is loud as hell.. he keeps doing it as the light is about to turn green... even bigger mistake... engaged 2 step at which he looks over like :confused: .. light turns green and :wavey:
after 2nd gear I shut it down... bad enough when I have 5+ amtracks on him... he tries the flyby.. :slap: hit it again and stop his pull and begin the rail car lengths again... he was cool though got a :thumbup: afterwards... I guess one last kill before the new shiny snail :D

a stock 5.0 isnt much, the new 4.6's are much faster.

that sounds like a stupid reason not to mess with a car....who cares if it is a true 5.0 or not.......besides, you said it had a 4.6 GT badge on it.....so it was obviously not a 5.0

the PI heads and cams really helped the 4.6......imo the 3 valve head is the best thing for a GT though.....


mustang is the only true muscle car left after GM left a few years ago....imho they should give the GTs enough power to handle any import in their price range. Ford really fell short in that catagory with the new mustang. its sad that a new GT still has less HP than an older Z28
