I am a MIS Major, with extensive customer service and management experience. I have some experience in web design and IT not alot. If anyone knows about any job in these fields or any field, please let me know. Thanks

Is the degree you have a Masters in Information Systems? I know the economy is bad, but what type of experience do you have? Did you just do schooling with no work?

not masters, a BA in Management Information Systems. I have alot of managerial and customer service experience, and a little IT experience.

Why not try finding a call center and working your way up? You can always do TAG if needed. I'm sure you can find some type of customer service job.
