the donor is being pulled from a 92 gsr.
besides the mounts working
what else will fit right over. do axles work
i have the full swap what else would be needed

do i need a sohc vtec harness?

btw its going to a 92 hatch

actually i wana say the DA mounts wont fit a eg...u need DC mounts. Axles are a maybe as well but i think they do fit. you can use your stock harness just run the extra wires for vtec its really easy

the vtec wire isnot a problem but i dont know if have the full harness for the motor. (sohc) or if the plugs will mate up

and i was told by someone that actually did the swap that the mounts work... but ive also heard that they dont..

92 is obd 0 isnt it? if it is everything should work with your stock harness except the dizzy and alternator.....if 92 is obd1 then it will all work.

i was told they dont. i know the DA's have there mounts set up weird....im almost positive they dont.

mine is obd1.... so dizzy and everything will work for me? some guy came to the house said he just finished doing the same thing but with an LS out of da and the mounts work. he also said that the sohc mounts will probably work too.

but most of miami is full of shit so

when u buy suspension parts the part numbers are usually the same from 94-01 tegs and 92-00 civics......so i dont believe the suspension will work.

Also you have to mix DC and EG mounts for the swap......u can try the DA stuff but let ur know if it works.

the harness will work cause its odb-1
the mounts use the rear bracket from the da
tranny mount wont work cause its cable u need a hydro tranny
drivers side mount/ single cam mount could be used
trust me
im from miami but i aint full of shit

lol my bad dude that wasnt towards you. ill let you know cuz im doing it this weekend.

is there any mount i could use to use a cable tranny or will it sag no matter what

they sell a mount and a bracket
to use a cable tranny on a hydro car
ur car remains hydro its just a bracket that the slave cylinder bolts on to to push on the throw out bearing
check out hasport i know they carry
my boy has it done in his coupe
