Yes great road. Went on a sunday ride with some people from soflasportbikes. Big sweeping turns. As we rode thrue the indian reservation we all got pulled over and licences were checked, too many of us to make arrest or tickets so we just got warned. You gotta be careful with the cops out there, I have heard stories of road blocks and things. Definatly a nice ride tho, we took 27 up then came back on alligator ally.

I once rode from Miami to Ocala with my girlfriend and man that was the longest 4 hours of my life. I'll never do it again, If I go I would ride alone, it's really nice in Ocala, I still have not had the chance to ride the forest, but I will soon

Has any one been to Shark Valley loop rd. in the off of 8th street? I saw it on google maps and one of the roads looks damn good. I would have to be inspected to see if you can even push on that road or if its flooded with tourists.

my bike was dropped and stretched and i don't give a fuck about what you say, at stock height you will bank it more and with more confidence(more foot clearance). I have a friend that rocks wheelies all day with a stretched bike. you have a better turn radius on a stock bike rather than a dropped and stretched bike. Am i right? :hsughno:

I know them, I ride with the sofla guys regularly as well, but just don't do it as offen since they only know two speeds, stoped and WOT :ssmile: :biggthumpup:

Any from this site wanna go. The ride is set for sunday the 23 at 9:00am from the gas station after griffin on US27

It's a real nice ride and we should be back in south FL by 2-3pm

Of course there are parts where it's nothing but country road with out any traffic or cops for miles and miles so you can go fast if you want. When it's a large group, speeds are kept at a decent rate, and we always wait for everyone. We take head counts and make stops to make sure we are all still together

If thats the speed you wanna go sure, but you might be left behind, when we hit the back roads, and have 5-6 miles of straights, some of us go ahead and dust off the dirt in the airbox and go as fast as it goes. Then slow down and wait for everyone else to catch up.

Yeah I've noticed that usally only the 305 riders ride in t-shirts, shorts and socks over their nikes (so not to scuff them) :biggthumpup:
Oh and a Icon back protector. Like that is gonna protect them much.

I was in a full 2 piece suit, all black on the blue bike. My friend Joker was on his 1 piece suit on his green bike and everyone else was had on riding boots, jackets, gloves and helmets. Only 1 guy came with sneakers and a tshirt
