Calling out everyone

As my friends know i have slaved for 2 days with 2 GM techs trying to get my car back on the street with the new set up. We get everything in and go to fire it up....but it wont start. No spark....we stopped working on it to get the other car ready for the track. But i wana race my car! So im calling any one out.

Car must be FWD, Have no motor in it, but it must be on 87 octane!, the front shocks have to be black and the rears must be red, car must have 18"s in the rear but 13"s up front. the driver seat can only have 2 bolts, the wind must be a head wind at 7.5847665mph, the hill has to be at a 33.68756 degree angle, the car MUST HAVE AC.

First one to get down the hill wins....ill give you three and the hit.

car must also be on diesel fuel but no motor motors allowed... only an auto trannies.
lastly... since the sol has no motor and the front end is a little high................. the driver has to provide me with coilovers to lower the front end.
