Thats good man.
Lets see:
-Worked till 10pm last night
-No bonus this year
-No Christmas party
Company cutting costs by:
-Having the temperature in the building at 65F (COLD AS FUG)
-Sandpaper toiler paper (changed from nice soft stuff)
-Recycled recycled paper towels (newspaper style), changed from thick soft towels
-No more vaccuming floors daily
-Wax cups are smaller for water
-No more car service at 8pm to your house, now its at 10pm
-The third wave of layoffs later on this month
-Hiring freeze (we are at full capacity)
-$20 for dinner now, not $25 lol

You hit it right on the head....
If you bought a house in the last 4 years you cant refi, because you have no equity, plus with an estimated additional 30% drop in property values in South Florida this year, banks dont want to lend. I am waiting for banks to start asking for blood samples to make sure one wont die anytime soon.
