Is it fuel pressure or fuel level?

Fuel level? I have no idea. What guage did you get? Did it bring a sending unit?

Red and black wires connect to power and ground the purple wire connects to o2 sensor.
wait.
what?

Black to Ground
Red spilt that into 2 wires,
one goes to the battery and the other goes stright into the fuel tank.
White wire to illumuniate.
Fill up gas and start car over.
Fuel level should be good if you hear the pump and boom.

you're going to need a sending unit to level the gas out in the tank and on top of it it needs to be accurate to the lowest fuel level (empty) to the top full level.
now i can make something work out for you but the freebies are over.

if fuel level sender is good you need to steal the signal from it and splice it into a seperate guage. usually they have power ground and signal.
thats it you fucking homo. you owe me like 3 months worth of beers already

Well don't take so much credit mr twin, usually you either take so long to reply or no reply at all so I end up figuring out the problem myself, with the help of other fssers or in other car forums in which car talk is as serious as it gets. I mean, you helpful, but not that much LOL. Now don't get all sandy.

I think it's the fuel float that's fucked. I have to test the stock gauge to see if it works, but I may be changing the whole fuel pump anyways so

splice into the red and black coming out of the fuel pump and tie them together, then hang them in the tank just above the fuel and start your car :D
let me know how it goes :lawl:
