what is the time that the person run? i dont understand how to read that..

for example:
1m as 575 Rankin, Kolin 2005 Subaru WRX STi 93.248 *0.831 77.489 0.000 0.000

what was his time? Is it for 1 lap or all 3 combined?

that's his PAX

raw time of 93.X multiplied by his class handicap (A-stock is a .831) and it gives him a PAX of 77.489

this way, cars like mine can compete up top as far as PAX goes because my multiplier is lower than 1.

if you see the PAX there are many cars that have a better overall time than me, but because of my handicap in FSP i beat them.
