Alright like it says, i'm in search for a wireless keyboard but am having a hard time deciding.

I've been all over newegg.com and circuitcity, bestbuy and all those sites, but i'm having trouble deciding, so far I have found about 20 different ones and trying to pick wich is the better is a pain in the butt. It seems that even for the more expensive (around a 100.00) the reiews on a lot of them aren't that great.

Does anyone on here have one, and if so what are your pros and cons for it.

I would prefer to get one that has a trackball mouse built in, but those seem to be few and far between. I have found a couple with joystick type mice though. HELP PLEASE.

Logitech Cordless destop lx700 from tiger direct $70 best one i ever bought.I do like the looks of it but the problem i'm running into is that one has a what looks like a PS2 connection for the keyboard, I need it to be a USB connection as my laptop does not have a PS2 connection of any kind on it.

or is the PS2 connection for the mouse?

Most keyboards nowadays come with a ps2 to USB converter. Here at work we still have some year old keyboards and they all came with the ps2 to USB converters. Logitech is very good with making sure to work with both old and new PC setups

Oh ok I see what you mean, I'm not sure if that's the same model we use in our classrooms here on campus....but the ones we have, have the same set-up and even though it has the one USB and one PS2 we've just plugged just the USB in and it works for both the mouse and keyboard. The new Dell desktops we ordered have only USB connections too and no PS2...I'll see if I can get into a classroom and check the models we have.
