but ok, looking at the tape, his friend was going 89MPH,( I am not saying that is correct to ) as you see on the video the hatch move out to overtake the car in front of him in a single car lane and the move together the car and the bike and that is when he hit the back of the car...So I think is also the car driver at fault he probably didnt look twice or maybe he didnt even look at he view mirror, and plus he want it to overtake a car in a single lane when he had incoming traffic I think the car driver did it in purpose......I dont know that is my 2 cents..

The guy in the car did something illegal trying to get in front of the car ahead of him and didnt see the biker coming up behind him. Biker should used better judgement and not try to speed in front of everyone also.

+1 on that. I tell everybody, once i throw my leg over the bike there's a good chance i won't make it home. No i don't think im superman, but I've gotten to know my limits(7 accidents later,3 from stunts) and I've gotten better at reading cars...Then again there is a time and place for everything.
