how does a timing belt break? i have never seen one break unless of age and excessive years of wear.
he built a b16 for some dude there back in the day and i think he had a broken cam issue as well wih little miles. i went there once when a buddy was having a vtec controller put on by frank and dyno tuned. well after that i never went back... later on we found out he wired the controller wrong.
