can someone quote me a price to sweep it? possibly complete reformat, upgrade to 7, etc.

Toshiba NB205-N210 1GB RAM running XP SP3..

Running full AVG, early in dec i started getting redirects in firefox, etc, and popup tabs for 'onlinesurvey' etc. i went through and checked for the obvious, AVG found nothing, and now the netbook performs perfectly UNTIL you allow it access to the internet. within 10mins Data Execution Prevention (microsoft) shuts the computer down without any option to "ignore"
