how much shit would you get for owning this?

I read you would have a $5 tax stamp and registration as an Any Other Weapon to be in compliance with the National Firearms Act.

explain that? wtf is the $5 tax stamp?

no its legal as is because it has no stock its considered a pistol. if you added a stock then you would need a class 3 license.

actually i was wrong i went to the gun show and saw this shot gun there and it says there is a $5 tax stamp needed not sure what you have to do but who ever told you that was right.

how the fuck? is it semi auto? i dont see how you discharge the cartridge after a shot. it looks like it can hold only 3 or 4 rounds also. anyone know?
