im getting my dsl in about a week ....and im thinking about goin wireless b/c my 360 is in my living room and the pc is in the office up stairs
before i used to just take the cable out and plug it in to the 360 back and forth ..
im reading up on the microsoft 360 net adapter and everyone is raving on how easy to setup it is ...but would i need to have a wireless hub also ?...im sure i do but which one would be recommended ?
any info would be helpful

any info would be helpfulyeah wireless router there only like 50-70 dollars my brother shares his wireless connection with his villa neighbor and he has the 360 wireless adaptor and hes on live all day with no problems
though it is best to hardwire your 360 for better bandwidth and less chance of dropping your connection (it's rare but it can happen, normally mean you unit will auto reconnect but that you got kicked from your game.
if you get a wireless router, make sure you get one that is compatible with all bands. A, B, and G most of them are now but just make sure. G has the fastest transfer rate and is more secure.
also when installing your wireless router, also make sure that you make it a secure network. The router will come with all the instruction needed to do so.

^^ He's right about a hard-wired connection being the most stable transfer rate.
But if you must go wireless, make sure to get an A/G, since A is more recommended if you're gonna stream video, or set up a game console. Call me up or stop by my store when u get off work or something, I'll hook you up.
Your signal strength also depends on how far your 360 is gonna be from your modem, if it's more than 25 ft, go for a 108 G
^^ he can also get larger antennas for the router to boost transfer ranges.

ive had xbox live ever since the xbox came out ,..i still pay for it even though my 360 hasnt been online in 3 months,...lol

so i would say they are pretty easy to get now.
and yes getting ready for halo 3 is very important as it will be a kick ass game!

just got my comcast up and running on my old pc its downloading @ 680kb/s
which is pretty badass compared to the 134kb/s i was getting with dsl ultra
cant wait till my new pc comes in next month.
