Well since I was spoiled by my civic's DVD/MP3 headunit (HOURS of music) I decided to get an MP3 changer from Sony to replace the changer that came with my S. So I ordered a CDX-757MX from Crutchfield (it was only like $20-30 less on ebay) to avoid hassles... $159.99 shipped... not bad.

Today my the CD changer arrives and I'm all giddy... ready to install (same plugs/cables... just mount it and go). So I open the shipping box... and see my beautiful 757MX changer. So i'm like lemme just make sure my dumb ass didn't assume the cables were the same (didn't actually verify it).

So I go to the trunk and start to remove the old changer...

lo and behold what to do I see once I remove it? Why it's another 757MX!!!! MY FUCKING CAR CAME WITH ONE AND I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A REGULAR 10 CD CHANGER!!!!! :mad2:

I tested the changer with an MP3 CD to make sure I wasn't going mad... it worked... I'm a fool.

On the bright side... at first I was getting pissy because I figured I'd get fucked by re-stocking fees or get stuck with a store credit. Well Crutchfield has a 30-day money back guarantee. Since I didn't open the Sony packaging I should get my full refund. :)

Cliffs: Bought a CD Changer I already had... shoulda checked what the new car had before buying :(
