From my experience working in this field, atleast the newer younger generation of Cubans coming into this country do expect to get everything for free. There is a good amount that have been here 1 week atleast that come to my office and ask me if they can apply for some type of Social Security benefits. Sadly, it has become a generalization for the newer generation of Cubans. Atleast in this state, Cubans do have it easy... mainly because they hold a lot of political power.

it is a hybrid government. Cuba is not a communist nation, its a totalitarian state thats spreading communist ideals. its not that simple. you swear you can just go up there with some hand made thing and pull it off. If your using a hand gun or some other form of short range weapon then its going to be extremely hard because the chances of success depend on how close you can get and getting close to any world leader are really hard. You will need a good rifle to pull it off from a reasonable distance. Also you have to have some one that is a good shot. The guy that killed kenedy was in the marine corp and was a bad ass sniper. Joe schmoe isnt going to have that kind of experience or training so that in and of itself is going to be really hard to do because now you dont just have the limitation of the weapon you also need the skill to perform it because you only have one shot. The other problem that arises is the intell for the sniper. The sniper needs to have good information and needs to be able to time the whole thing and know when he can get a clear and open shot. Weather is also something that will come into play.
