yeah i saw some training video like 2 years ago where they teach cops how to do that. Its cool shit imagine if you knew how to do that and you had some beater you dont give a shit about and then some one cuts you off on the empty high way and you tap em and leave. When they do it it barely causes any damages either if you do it right.
