All right, all users can select the new skin as their own. It is fully functional and ready to go. If you have any questions about it just send me a PM. I'll do what I can to help you out.

If you want to use this skin as your default then simply follow your User CP to the options area and select the skin that you wish to see when you log in.

go to the bottom of the forum and look for the popup selection menu on the bottom left.

Ok last problem fixed, the navbar was edited so it shows the links to the home page as well as reduced links on the navbar and moved some into the quick links menu.
