Which means if you have been convicted of steeling a car you will face a permanent ban and will not ever be allowed in this site again. The justice system wont rehabilitate anyone... if it was his first time on his record then if his lawyer is good he'll most likely have a lite sentence and go to a PTI supervision program... do community hours... do a "Self improvement" program that lasts 4 hrs (kind of like going to traffic school) and your record is expunged... if he's done this multiple times and got caught all the time then he's screwed... this is as far as how the LAW goes... in the end... it doesn't really matter the amount of what you stole... we will be judge all the same as thieves non-the-less...
