Couple of Nice Runs Last Night

Had couple good runs last night, it started off with a G35, beat that, then it was a Saturn Redline, Beat that, then a 300ZX with a sweet exhaust note, beat that, Mitsubishi GSX boost 2nd gear roll, beat that. Thats about it, Had good runs last night.

Tory, Never seen a Honda with 5 heads in the car burn tires 1st gear and squuuuurrrrrrrr on 2nd lol. Not bad....

The g35 had a Drop in K&N Filter. Me, Intake Header Exhaust with SR20VE Engine, Vtax kicking in at 5000

lol, How much power does it bring stock? my vvl is making 182whp on a tune.
Im pretty sure he is making more then 182 to the wheels on 14 psi.

Well, the car was nice and it was good race. Doesnt matter what he has done to it or what he doesnt have done to it, the point is, it was a good run and i win at his race, he didnt want to give me 1st gear, he wanted 2nd, so i gave it to him. 2nd Gear roll vs Boost car is giving up the advantage. It was a good race, lets leave it at that.

His g35 is a 03 auto, a week ago he took his car into service and they gave him one of the NEW g35s as a courtesy car, i think they bring 280hp or something lke that. I raced that one and beat it worst then his. I mean i even did 3rd gear roll and i walked away and let go by the end of 3rd cause it was over. To think about it, i was running stock ECU with a good tune then, Now i am running untuned because a nice friend of mine called Jim Wolf. Im going to the dyno on sat to tune up this ecu, once i do that, i think ill be well over 182whp. Im puffing out black smoke everytime i punch it, so im running super rich and i dont even spine tires on 1st gear any more like i used to with stock ecu + Tune.

my Engine only has Intake header exhaust and my friend jim wolf untuned. With some sr16 cams,camgears and a good tune, i think ill be near 200whp.

I estimate im around 170whp. If i were you man, ill chill with that car and dont abuse it. That car is beautiful and the girls love it. :bowdown: To the Beautiful G35

he must not have been stock. a bone stock s2k will probably pull a best of 13.9-14.2 with a good driver. if i recall G35's are in that neighborhood as well.

no my good man -- No SR20Ve has ever pulled on me (and i will stay away from Rob for now :ohnoes: )--him pull on me-- that would mean him gaining a continuous forward advantage.. of the races, one was a rolling second gear and other from a dig - the roll was based on a 'when we get to that sign,we hit it' type of start, where confusion ruled, and with a bogus start, he ended 1 1/2 up and closing. the race from a dig by the end of second i was a least a car ahead when he missed 3rd. we tried again and the same distance and the same missed 3rd. i will say the car did move very well, but he never pulled on me.
of course--i've never heard or seen that car again..

i'm tired of getting better runs from simpler modded cars that perform waaay better than 'uber modded ones'.. from what Daddy-R saying he's running up against & beating.. i know what i see..

What are you, a safe racer?
Why would i wanna race a car on juice? Theres no point, i rather say You win, then to even risk crashing or risk getting caught for a race that doesnt have good odds. I race motor for motor, if i juice up the car, then i race juice for juice. I personally wouldnt race anyone N/A with no juice me on juice unless he personally wants to.

I dunno if you are Spraying or not, i heard you are, But if you wanna race me, all you have to do is show me you dont have nitrous. Sorry if you think i am a safe racer, but if i race a Honda oon juice and lose, ill be the one looking bad. Hope you understand my prospective.

I was only sharing what i raced just like everyone else in this forum. I dont consider it bragging. Ive personally seen this guy (white integra) race a Stage 2 cobalt with Tory beside me, and trust me, he pulled a good couple of cars on that cobalt. Can a stock GSX do the same to a stage 2 cobalt? I dont think so. But whatever, i dunno what is your problem and what you have against me, Dunno why everyone wanna hate on me because i posted up what ive raced, but i guess people act differently when behind a computer screen.

Yea, i think you were next to me playing with the gas with me trying to pass the 2 slow hondas in front of us. It was no hope, so i just stoped trying to pass them, you were able to sqeeze in though, wanted to line up with you, you seemed to be quick. There was a Silver RSX type s on Intake Header exhaust that did the same as you (from behind win) and i raced him like 10 times, the guy just couldnt take his loss like a man.

Glad you didnt get into any trouble. The more i go out the more i start thinking not to. Imme be taking a chill pill with these hang outs. I just dont see me going out there knowing imma get caught one day. Ive invested some nice amount of cash into this car (VVL swap) and i really dont want to lose it. So i think setup races is the way to go from now on. DOnt get me wrong, you guys might still see me around here and there, but i wont be staying there long enough to get caught.
